Damon Hackleman, Owner
It is my job to manage and lend our team to peak performance. I handle all duties related to marketing coordination and execution. I attend and develop education-based training for leadership and technical skills needed to move the company forward. It is my role to oversee and help develop my office administrative and operations manager to be able to manage and lead the rest of our team. I was born and raised in Champaign. I attended Centennial High School and two years of Parkland College. Prior to KleenRite I worked several small jobs through high school and college. After college I worked in the audio and video industry as a salesman. I have a beautiful wife and two adorable girls. Darla runs the office and Courtney and Emma run our hearts. I truly enjoy running this company and constantly strive to achieve new heights for KleenRite and myself personally. Other interests include auto racing, golf and racketball.

Darla Hackleman, Office Administrator
I manage the accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. I also handle client concerns and scheduling. I manage the overall functions of the office on a day to day basis to make sure it is running efficiently. I graduated from Arcola High School and then attended Parkland College where I received my nursing degree in 1994. Damon and I were married in 1998 and we have 2 beautiful girls, Courtney and Emma. I began working as a home care CNA for Diversified Health Care Services in Champaign. I continued working at Diversified for 7 years after receiving my RN and began working with my husband in 2000 to manage the KleenRite office.

Quincy Rice, Lead Technician
Job duties include customer service, properly training new technicians, maintaining production vehicles and tools, On-call for 24 hour emergency water restoration services, truck preparation, oriental rug washing, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. My job is to communicate with clients and handle any concerns that may arise. I worked as a landscaping foreman and heavy equipment operator for five years prior to joining KleenRite. I live in Champaign, IL and live there with my wife, two children, and two cats.

Andy McAfee, Technician
Job duties include customer service, truck preparation, oriental rug washing , and water damage restoration. I am from Champaign, IL and I graduated from Centennial High School. Before I came to KleenRite, I worked for 10 years in the restaurant business. In my spare time, I like to watch and play sports. Baseball is my favorite sport but I also enjoy fishing and water skiing in the summer.

Candy Bonham, Office Assistant
My job duties are to answer incoming phone calls, return messages, schedule appointments for tile, carpet, and upholstery cleanings as well as area Rug cleanings, and handle customer questions and concerns. Help enter bills and receipts into the computer. Make sure all work was completed the day before and post customers payments. I prepare the daily work for our technicians. I make follow up calls to our clients to ensure that they were 100% satisfied with the work that was done. I grew up in Arcola and graduated from Arcola High School in 1999, from there I went to Parkland College and studied computers. I started my career at First Mid-Illinois Bank & Trust in Arcola and the DuPage Credit Union. I like to travel and see new places.

Tim Kingery, Technician
I joined KleenRite as a flooring technician in July of 2009. My background includes areas of customer service ranging from home remodeling and construction to product warranty service dispatching and account management. In my spare time I enjoy playing the guitar, blacksmithing, and working in the yard with a wood-chipper. My wife and I live in Champaign.
